By purchasing and using a Plans 2 Go programme, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accuracy of Information

All information you provide to Plans 2 Go will be assumed to be accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes (but is not limited to) your training experience, current condition, injuries, lifestyle, and goals.
Plans 2 Go accepts no responsibility for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Health, Medical & Allergies

It is your responsibility to disclose any:

  • Allergies or intolerances

  • Injuries or physical limitations

  • Medical conditions

Plans 2 Go is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed information.
If you have any medical concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting your plan.

3. No Ongoing Coaching

Plans 2 Go provides a one-time digital training and/or nutrition plan only.
No ongoing coaching, check-ins, or adjustments are included unless explicitly stated.
A basic understanding of training and nutrition is assumed.

4. Exercise Substitutions

If any exercise in your plan cannot be performed due to equipment availability or personal limitations, you may substitute it with a similar movement targeting the same muscle group.
Example: Incline Hammer Strength chest press, swap for incline machine press or incline dumbbells.

5. Results Disclaimer

All plans are created based on the information you provide and your stated goals.
Results will vary depending on:

  • Effort

  • Consistency

  • Recovery

  • Adherence

Plans 2 Go does not guarantee specific results.

6. Assumption of Risk

All training and dietary changes are undertaken at your own risk.
Plans 2 Go is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of any programme.

7. Digital Product & Refunds

All Plans 2 Go products are digital.
Once your plan has been delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.

8. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Following the plan safely

  • Using correct technique

  • Adjusting loads appropriately

If unsure, seek guidance from a qualified coach in your gym.
